This is an exciting opportunity to take on a newly created role that will propel this highly successful Charity forward.  This role would suit someone that is passionate about empowering and supporting children and young people to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with the CEO, you will either have a relevant accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA) and/or appropriate Senior Finance Director experience within the charity sector.

They are looking for a new member to join their Senior Leadership Team to play a vital role in leading the development of their business operations, particularly their financial strategy and planning, putting in place significant business improvements in accounting, budgeting and performance reporting. 

The ideal candidate will be able to bring about transformational change in their finance and business operation functions, provide challenge and ideas to the future strategy and bring people with them on that journey.

Knowledge and experience in HR & Payroll, Facilities, Health & Safety and IT are also required.

Flexibility: 3 days a week 
Location: Remote/Romsey
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 FTE
