We are looking for an agile, connected and accountable partner to the leadership team supporting Technical and Sustainability enabling growth and performance through focussing on the five pillars of our Global HR Strategy: Continuous Learning, Ground-breaking Approach to Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Speed, Focus & Simplicity & Fulfilling Employee Experiences.
Your role is to ensure we have the right conditions in place to develop and release the potential of our talent; our leaders and their teams. You are there to challenge and support in equal measure; to help strategically shape the future organisation to deliver the biggest possible performance outcomes.
You will bring thought leadership to the application of the People Strategy into the business across all strategic levers, looking past the financial year on how to bring the future forward and creating performance impact at scale.
You will be able to build new opportunities and ways forward through diverse inputs using external intelligence, and insights from HR data, analysing to measure impacts, assess plans, diagnose trends and link to business performance outcomes.
A successful HRBP in this role will enjoy and thrive in an environment where dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment is key. Having experience with working across multiple countries, geographies and cultures is preferable.
