UKHO offers an exciting opportunity for a customer service analyst to further develop their case management skills, working in a stimulating and unique environment.

The role

UKHO Customer Services Team provides support for UKHO products, services, solutions, and general requests for information from a global spectrum of customers. Supporting team leaders and managers, analysts play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management, processing and resolving of cases, delivering a first-rate customer service experience at each stage.

In addition to case management, you will be actively encouraged to keep abreast of developments and gain familiarity with new products as well as continuously providing information back to improve the “First time Fix” culture within the department. This will include providing management information, participating in improvement activities, and reviewing processes. For the right candidate the role may also offer the opportunity to take on team leadership responsibilities, expanding your career potential.

What we are looking for

Working with a team of specialists requires the successful candidate to work both independently and collaborate with others. The individual must also be flexible, able to adapt to their environment and communicate effectively.

In your application you will need to evidence experience of working in a public facing / customer service role, demonstrating a proven ability to analyse information, grasp complex issues quickly and make considered and timely decisions.
