Equality & Diversity Manager (3 days a week)
We are representing a long established and highly regarded professional services company in London, an helping them recruit an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager role.
This role will be on a part time basis (likely 3 days a week).
This brilliant opportunity will be the first specialist ED&I role that the organisation has had (ED&I traditionally sitting within HR).
As such the role has something of a blank canvas to develop and implement a vision and strategy around ED&I.
The role will work closely with the HR Leadership team, Recruitment team and wider business in setting strategic policies, practices and action plans (including target setting) to ensure best practice in this area.
Creating positive change within the organisation and ensuring compliance with legislation and achievement of the firm's ED&I business plan objectives through the review of all internal processes, practices and data.
The role will also be responsible for the review of external marketing, HR documentation and tender documents from an ED&I perspective.
