People Analytics Manager, Open to flexibility

Our HR function purpose is to be an agile, connected and accountable partner to the business, enabling growth and performance. Our Global HR Centre’s of Excellence (CoE) sit right at the heart of driving this growth focusing on three distinctive areas to add real value to the business: Organisation Effectiveness, Talent Strategy and Planning, and Performance Enablement.

HR Analytics is a core part of our Global Organisational Effectiveness team. It provides leaders with insights through data analysis, metrics tracking and predictive analytics so we can maximise value. The team creates a data driven and fact-based decision making culture across the global HR function and provides leaders with the information and insights to make better decisions.

Our goal is to use data and analytics to help drive business performance and reduce risk by targeting high impact business issues in an informed manner. We have laid strong ground work in relation to data management and regular performance reporting/dashboards; our aim is now to progress into more value-add predictive analytics and insight generation.

It engages directly with market Human Resource Directors and their teams as well as the leaders of Global HR CoE’s to provide reporting and insights, address specific data queries and to build analytics capability more broadly.

Partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders:

Leadership Responsibilities

This role drives analytics capability development across the HR function; working closely with the relevant people within the HR functional capability team, developing a group of market champions and analytics practitioners within HR and bringing the benefits of HR analytics to life for markets.

Working in partnership with the Business Insights and Analytics leadership in DBS will be crucial to ensure HR platforms and approach are fit for purpose to deliver on our HR Analytics roadmap and that we leverage emerging Diageo thinking on advanced analytics.
