Office Manager open to flexibility
PBHA is a housing charity that creates positive change in people’s lives. As well as homes and support, we empower people to learn, access work and discover their creative talents. Based mainly in Hackney and Islington, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs. Our work enables people to move on and lead independent lives.
We are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our head office in Hackney and our local hubs and enterprises.
You will report to the Director of Finance & IT but will work closely with other senior managers as you run our HR function, manage customer services and reception, and organise the office infrastructure including phones and IT equipment.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of running an HR function and managing an outsourced payroll;
Have experience of managing office administrative functions and working closely with other teams to ensure efficient and effective working;
Have experience of running a friendly and customer focussed front office and reception.
