Secret Society hosts activities and classes from things like life coaching and dance, through to bungee jumping and sky diving. Our members pay starting of ??50 a month to choose from 100's of our activities/classes.
We have over 5,000 members in and around London and would like to grow to 20,000 members around the UK in the next 12 months
As part of the business development team, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the organisation. We have seen a fantastic response rate from contributors wanting to market activities and classes on our site. Our sites popularity has allowed us to be very selective when authorising activities/classes on our site. With the quality of activity available for our members we are very confident our forecasted numbers will be achieved.
This is a varied role, it will include:
- Co-ordinating/supporting our members and contributors.
- Monitoring feedback on the user experience, then reporting this to management
- Participating in some of our activities/classes for monitoring purposes

We are looking for someone who is fun and passionate, about supporting the aims of Secret Society UK. You need to be adventurous, not afraid to support the team in any way possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, and experience of managing different priorities within a busy team. You will be organised, a good communicator (both spoken and written), a quick learner, have good attention to detail, and proficient at using Word and Excel.
This is a fixed term post for 12 months. Part-time hours will be considered.
This position can be home-based, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Vauxhall.
