Part Time Purchase Ledger
Elevation Recruitment are currently supporting a growing business located on the outskirts of Sheffield in Dinnington, to recruit a Purchase Ledger and Ordering clerk on a Part Time basis (Monday to Thursday) to join their close knit team.
Reporting to the Financial controller, the role will include the following duties, but may grow over time:
*Placing orders with suppliers and chasing
*Checking and getting authorisation on invoices before entering
*Ensuring all direct purchases allocated to a sale
*Resolving invoice queries
*Credit card journals
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience and skills:
*Strong purchase ledger experience
*High level of attention to detail
*Be a team player with strong communication skills
