Administration Assistant - Remote Working
The starting salary for this position is ??17,554 per annum based on a 28.8 hour working week, pro-rata to ??21,943.

We currently have an Administration Assistant vacancy based in our Epsom Social Care to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Adult Social Care team. The role will be based across two sites: Epsom Town Hall (KT18 5BY) and Epsom General Hospital (KT18 7EG).
You will be undertaking general administrative duties in order to provide support to a dispersed, specialised central operational team within Adult Social Care, where supervision at times is off site. You may also be required to travel to other sites in Surrey to support operational functions.
You will need to have excellent Excel skills plus quick and accurate data entry ability. At times you will need to produce ad-hoc reports from Excel spreadsheets.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role as you will be dealing with telephone enquiries and a wide range of correspondence, case recording and scanning duties. In addition, you will have the skills to enable you to take notes and minutes of meetings.
We're looking for someone with a flexible, mature approach, who is well organised and able to work under pressure and on occasion to tight deadlines. Great customer service and IT skills are also integral to the role.
You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to work as part of a team within existing working protocols and procedures whilst being proactive and using your initiative within the scope of the job role.
