Purchasing Administration Assistant

As Purchasing Administration Assistant you will be You will be responsible for the expediting of outstanding purchase orders to ensure the delivery of goods is in line with Client expectations and Stores operational requirements

Reporting to the Inventory Control Team Leader, you will join the my clients back office support team. This is a exciting opportunity to join as the company grows, with opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

What You Will Do

As part of the Inventory Control team you will have the responsibility to resolve any issues relating to outstanding purchase orders, to ensure smooth delivery from our suppliers to our clients. Strong communication skills will be required both verbally and written.

What Will You Bring To the Role?

Proven experience of a high volume transaction process

Experience of ensuring quality standards are maintained alongside strong performance management culture

Experience of process and system improvement initiatives
