The Opportunity

Variety is the spice of life and this certainly applies to this role. The Partner Admin team is a specialist group working within our HR Services function. Our expert team supports Partners throughout the UK and Swiss firm on a whole range of activities and processes and supports the business with regulatory and reporting requirements. No two days are ever the same. 

Role description

Working closely with colleagues across the wider HR community, this team provides timely, efficient and reliable advice and guidance on a variety of matters and provides end-to-end case management with great effect, while ensuring compliance with a number of partnership matters.  You’ll need to ensure a service-led experience throughout.

In addition to your case work and its administration, you’ll be relied upon by your Team Leader and Manager to provide them with support. It is a stimulating and broad ranging role that demands a highly organised mind and an eye for detail. Exciting times are ahead. What impact could you make?

Permanent contract

Flexible shifts between 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday 


  • Provision of MI on the Partnership of Deloitte LLP
  • Data analysis, review and consolidation of MI from other Deloitte NWE firms
  • Personal ownership of all case management including:
    • Partner Retirements
    • Partner Consultancy Agreements.
    • SAP administration.
    • Maternity/paternity/adoption.
    • Career break and Sabbaticals
    • Flexible working.
    • Sickness.


  • Experience of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential and knowledge of SAP or similar HR systems is desirable.
  • Data analysis and advanced excel skills
