The role

To deliver support for the delivery of the Advice Service to help ensure the smooth running of the service providing high-quality advice to BDF Members and Partners.

The role is minimum a 3 day a week role up to full time, regarding flexible working we would consider various flexible options and we are looking at moving to a hybrid working model as an organisation. It is offered as a 1 year fixed term contract.

The requirement

  • Working in an environment that depends on listening to people to understand their need or problem and provide advice accordingly. 
  • Effective desktop research.
  • Good time management and prioritisation.
  • Knowledge of or the ability to quickly gain the knowledge of high level of understanding and knowledge of the Equality Act 2010.
  • Advising businesses on diversity and inclusion related situations.
  • Enthusiastic to learn & develop.
