As an Administration Assistant in our Andover Operation, you will be compassionate and genuine, taking time to get to know your processes, so that you can proactively and consistently deliver an excellent Customer experience. You will carry out a range of assigned specialist clerical / technical support duties ensuring that the work is completed accurately and respond to a range of enquiries whilst meeting targets for accuracy, quality, volume and agreed service levels.

You'll use your enthusiasm and experience of delivering great service and be a team player working in partnership with colleagues across the Operation to ensure your customer's needs are met.

You will be fully supported whilst you learn and during this time you will be given all the coaching and development you need to achieve your competency. We will help you to obtain a full understanding of our operational policies, procedures and service standards. If you are eligible, you'll get the opportunity to gain an industry qualification, working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. So you don't need previous experience of finance or banking however some customer service experience would be a plus.

Our office hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and we are open to discussions around flexible working to facilitate a working arrangement suitable to both you and the business.
