Mortgage & Protection Adviser, Open to flexibility

To support our vision to be the UK's Most Recommended Mortgage Provider, we are looking for a mortgage professional, who is CeMap qualified or equivalent (e.g Mortgage Advice and Practice Certificate, Certificate in Mortgage Advice, FSSC Advanced Apprenticeship in Advising on Financial Products (Mortgage Advise Pathway)), achievement driven and totally focused on customer service.

Your down to earth attitude means that you will enjoy working in our vibrant branches, with opportunities to meet new people every day. This is a front line role where you will provide specialist advice on our customers' largest purchase, delivering tailored mortgage and protection solutions whilst ensuring that your branch colleagues are armed with the skills and knowledge they need to make effective referrals.

This is a branch based role and to align to our customer expectations of weekend appointments, Saturdays will be integral to your weekly working pattern.

We'll also be looking to you for new business opportunities, so your success will come from motivating and developing yourself and your branch team to make your branch one of the best.

Plus, of course, we will make sure you're well rewarded by offering you a highly competitive salary and performance-related bonus opportunities.

However, there is even more. We recognise that we're all different, and give you the flexibility to choose from a wide range of other benefits including additional cash, retail discount vouchers, the opportunity to buy or sell annual leave, enabling you to build your own reward package around what suits you. To understand how we can meet your needs through our 'total reward' package, take a look at our careers site:

So, if this sounds right for you, you can look forward to having a role that matters, working in an environment that provides continuous learning and development, excellent benefits and a career that's full of opportunity.
