Learning & Development Coordinator, Open to flexibility

GSK currently have 3 exciting opportunities to join the Global Learning and Development team at our global head office in GSK House.

The primary purpose of the role is to support the day to day learning coordination and delivery of Global programs and process.Whilst being the key point of contact for employees requiring advice and support through use of query Management systems.


  • Provide appropriate admin and technical support with learning processes and systems for program
  • Coordination from end to end of the process.
  • Provide support and guidance to customer's, learners and wider L&D colleagues through appropriate communication.
  • Manage coordination of training logistics for learning delivery.
  • Create and supply data /reports for items/programs as required for evaluation and completion metrics.
  • Support Global Programs and Processes learning Mailboxes, team sites, Virtual Trainings.
  • Partnership with the NIIT to ensure Coordination for global presidential funded programs is seamless and a positive experience for the customer.

Basic qualifications:

  • Office experience - and preferably previous experience working in HR or training department.
  • Proven strong communicate skills using various methods both verbal
  • and non-verbal
  • Data Gathering and Analysis-Analytical skills (data collation and
  • presentation) and proficient Microsoft skills - IT skills, technical skills.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills -ability to work independently
  • and within internal and external (projects) teams.
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence
  • whilst prioritising own workload.
  • Demonstrates strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take the initiative and driven by the desire for continuous improvement.
