Part Time/Flexible hours / days to be discussed. Our client is a small vibrant business company in Windsor, looking to appoint a Part Time Accountant / Finance Manager / Bookkeeper to assist the MD/FD with all aspects of the company's accounts. You will have responsibility for:-

  • Maintaining the ledgers and processing transactions on Xero
  • Month end processing and quarterly VAT
  • Monitoring cash flow and bank accounts and preparing bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers re payments
  • Providing the MD/FD with KPIs - key performance information and analysis
  • Liaise with and learn from external Auditors
  • Support the MD/FD with preparing Management Accounts
  • Ad hoc responsibilities
