We’re are looking for an extremely organised PA/ Office Manager to support and assist our Director and the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative support in the studio eg diary management, travel arrangements ordering stationery
  • Liaising with clients
  • Overseeing client billings
  • After training - raising quotations
  • Generally assisting with the smooth running of the studio

Skills and Experience:

  • A highly organised and flexible individual with excellent multi-tasking skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic
  • Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience of the interiors industry or enthusiasm to get to know it
  • Ideally an interest in design and working in a small business

We are initially looking for someone to work 8 hours/ week spread over 3 days, but we are flexible for the right person, and there maybe an opportunity to increase hours later.

Salary: £15 – £22 per hour depending on experience
