Here at Totum, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Researcher to join our high-growth business.

Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking for a challenging, interesting position in which you can engage all your candidate management expertise in a very agile working arrangement? Are you looking for a new opportunity where you will be tasked with candidate attraction, initial communication, and relationship maintenance across a wide set of disciplines and be able to do so largely whilst working remotely? Totum Partners are looking to hire a Recruitment Researcher to give additional support to its contingency assignments. This will be done by identifying, approaching, and screening potential candidates for ongoing contingency assignments; advise Consultants on potential talent for new assignments; maintaining and enhancing the candidate database; and work on relevant ad hoc projects. Totum Partners support professional service firms in their recruitment of business services professionals and do so across a broad-spectrum including HR, Finance, BD & Marketing, Project Management and Transformation. The Recruitment Researcher will assist across all these disciplines making the role a varied and interesting one.

We are looking for a Recruiter who is looking for a candidate-focused Recruitment Researcher job vacancy, and who has a natural curiosity and passion to learn. The role requires an assured operator with the versatility to communicate with candidates across the breadth of these functions, from Heads of Departments to Advisor levels of seniority. We can offer a good deal of flex in this role with limited amounts of time required in the office and anything from three to five working days per week. The role may suit someone looking to stay in the recruitment sector but who can’t commit to more traditional working hours of a recruitment consultant.
