Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: 221 Church Street, Blackpool, FY1 3PB
Job Type: Permanent, Full time/ Part Time
We are one of the longest established independent insurance brokers on the Fylde coast and we are looking for a Full / Part Time Personal Assistant to join our team who will work alongside the Managing Director in our office in central Blackpool.
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Organising meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging any travel, transport, and accommodation requirements
Ordering personal and business items online and over the phone
Ordering stock for the office
Dealing with any issues within the office that may need fixing etc.
Send and reply to emails promptly.
Taking and recording of meeting notes/minutes.
Organising and managing the Directors personal information and tasks.Essentials:
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Organisation and time management skills
Good verbal and written skills
Ability to multitask
You must be efficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Zoom, Teams
Excellent communication skills
Full driving licence
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.Please note: Experience in an Insurance brokers environment an advantage but not essential.
