Global Marketing Manager – ViiV Healthcare, Open to flexible working
An exciting Commercial Marketing opportunity has arisen at ViiV Healthcare that allows you to maximize team performance and accelerate our promotional strategy whilst identifying brand growth opportunities. As a Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies for the pharmaceutical market, as well as cultivating the knowledge of key customers and competitors. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to ensure global assets are aligned to both strategy and regional business needs.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to build close relationships with Global Medical Partners, develop Global Marketing material in the HCP promotional space, including development of key promotional assets such as e-detail, emails, and congress deliverables and further develop key messages for the brand.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead the development of core promotional assets for HCP promotion aligned to brand strategy.
- Assess opportunities for continuous improvement of marketing tactics and processes.
- Develop and action on deep insights generated in market research.
- Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing code to achieve performance with integrity.
- Partner with creative agency to brief, develop, and refine promotional tactics aligned to business plan while meeting regional needs for optimized customer engagements.
- Ensure commercial organisation is energized and engaged though understanding, knowledge, belief and motivation for brand strategy, drivers of growth and campaigns.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in HIV therapy area is essential.
- Marketing experience in a LOC
- ABPI Signatory.
- Breadth of marketing experience across LOC, regional and/or global.
- Experience in customer facing role (Sales professional or sales leader).
