Salary: £15,600 - £16,800 (FTE: £26,000 - £28,000) dependent on skills & experience
Hours: 21 hours per week (FTE: 35 hours pw)
Holidays: Full time entitlement of 20 days’ paid holiday and 8 Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time employees) plus Jewish High Holy days when they fall on your normal working days. Pro rata for part time staff.

Location: Head Office – Mill Hill East. Possibility of some homeworking can be discussed
We are looking for a Maintenance Team Administrator to join our Property Team to help support the department in the implementation of their strategy.
The role holder will be the first point of contact for House Managers throughout all of our buildings in relation to property matters, will manage and coordinate all administrative activities related to the Property Team, will ensure tenant and contractor enquiries are promptly dealt with and will liaise with the Property Maintenance Manager and book maintenance contractors as required.
You will be a team player with excellent organisation, administrative and IT skills and be a good communicator. It is important to have an understanding of other people’s needs and always be approachable and an empathetic listener.
