Customer Service Administration Assistants (x2), Part time and open to flexibility
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Flexibility: Part time (minimum 10 hours per week)

We want to continue to build on our success and so we now require two Customer Services Assistants (part time) to join our friendly team.
Ideally, we would like to speak with individuals with previous customer services experience. However, more importantly, we are looking for people that can demonstrate a consistent and friendly approach to customers whilst promoting a professional company image.
To assist with the customer services of a Loft Conversion and Extension Company and Rockwood the new interiors side of the business, from the beginning of the build through to a fully completed, decorated conversion. This shall involve contacting clients, building control departments, outside trades, builders, sending out standard letters/emails and updating our in-house computer system.
Excellent written and spoken English required, must be computer literate, well mannered, and willing to learn. An understanding of the building industry or if you have had a loft or extension built is desired, but not essential.
