Digital Product Manager – Payer Marketing

You will be joining the Payer team within the Respiratory business in GSK. This is a highly ambitious and successful team. Working with top stakeholders throughout the NHS. You will help shape the digital marketing function within the marketing team, leading on digital campaign execution, content creation and utilising an omnichannel approach to drive people through the marketing funnel. With the aim to show the NHS the value of working with GSK. This is a key and exciting part of the marketing efforts from the payer team. You will report to the Director of Payer Marketing.

In this role you will…

  • Conduct audience analysis and gather insights of customer behaviours on an ongoing basis to guide and implement optimal digital strategies.
  • Work closely with wider marketing team to ensure x-digital channel activity is optimised for the overall customer journey.
  • Apply a robust data driven methodology to inform digital strategy; investment; activity set-up; performance; tracking; attribution; automation; optimisation and post-campaign analysis reporting.   
  • Inform, manage and own annual digital marketing budgets and investment to fulfil a programme of activity that maximises year on year ROI and increases unique visitors across the payer digital ecosystem
  • Plan and set-up integrated planning and execution of organic and paid digital marketing campaigns (including content marketing).

  • Strong skills in Analytics & channel marketing analytics
  • Experience working alongside and managing external marketing partners/agencies/vendors
