Successful Mums Career Academy is an award-winning training company providing FREE career training for mums. We provide online, accredited funded training to help mums back to work or to start a business. We have helped over 6,500 women so far.

At Successful Mums we’re looking for someone to drive our marketing plans for 2022. You’ll be media savvy and full of ideas about showcasing the great work we do.

We are looking forward for a Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the founder, Jane Knight, to execute ideas to help more mums with their career and business ventures.

Digital marketing experience is preferred along with experience of social, email campaigns, hub spot or similar, and word press ideally.

We’re based in Bromley, South London, however, this role is a hybrid with a mix of home and office working, 30 hours across 5 days.

If you have children, then sports days and assemblies are a must – we are family-friendly!

The role holder must have a genuine passion and understanding of the barriers returning mums face and the value they bring to a business. You will be part of our small senior management and be required to work collaboratively with peers across the business.

We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and has a proven track record of meeting set targets.  Experience of government funding and Ofsted would be an advantage although not essential.

Working for a not for profit or small training provider and understanding compliance paperwork would also be an advantage.

Desirable

  • Working in a training or education environment
  • A relevant qualification relating to marketing, sales and / or people management
