We are looking for an individual who is people-focused and can lead our Enabling (Operations) Team as they provide the support services for the effective outworking of the Urban Saints vision and mission. As part of our National Leadership Team, you will have a particular responsibility for ensuring we are resourcing the mission effectively with our systems and processes, with particular input regarding financial and risk implications.

You will hold primary responsibility for developing and empowering the Enabling Team, as they provide the support services for the effective outworking of the Urban Saints vision and mission. This includes those who are delivering finance, safer recruitment processes, and those managing properties. You will have a particular responsibility for building, implementing, and overseeing the organisation’s systems, processes, workflows, procedures, and structures, improving the effective use of all our material resources. This includes managing databases covering volunteers and Team, IT, legal, governance, property management and statutory compliance.

You will be strategic in mind-set, open to collaboration and learning, and will be able to achieve impact through a team. You will be creative in your approach to understanding digital opportunities for connecting with young people and volunteers.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 p/a
Contract: Permanent, starting as soon as possible
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
Location: Hybrid (Mix of remote and office-based work)
Responsible to: Chief Mission Officer
