We’re looking for an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our friendly Marketing Campaigns & Strategic Communications team and help continue City Hall’s work to engage with Londoners.

As a key member of the External Relations Unit, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders from high profile teams such as Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, Events, Digital, and the Press Office among others.

Using their analytical skills and experience, our new colleague will enable us to understand how to efficiently utilise our existing marketing channel performance analytics capabilities, services, or providers while potentially supporting us with the medium term sourcing and implementation of a new integrated reporting dashboard alongside team specific performance metrics that can be used to measure our wider impact and ROI.

Communication skills and a proactive mindset will be key to this new role. Our new Senior Performance Analyst will regularly translate data and trends from a range of sources (including our inhouse insights team) into coherent reports and actionable ad-hoc insights - analysing progess against strategic deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) in communications with senior stakeholders.

Working with various stakeholders, suppliers, and a welcoming team, you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and developAs well as access to dozens of in-house training courses, you’ll be encouraged and supported in building your skills through relevant external training, workshops, shadowing and networking.

This role will be based at City Hall, in the Royal Docks (Kamal Chunchie Way, London, E16 1Z). At present GLA staff are working largely from home, with office space available.  Over the coming weeks and months, we will be moving to hybrid working and you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office.
