Cycle Confident has been in operation for 10 years and is a stable, profitable and well organised London based business. We have excellent processes, an established team and an incredible culture based on a passion for cycling.  We are leaders in the market place.

We have recently acquired Bike Right! into the Be Confident Group. BikeRight! was founded in 2000  has over 70 employees and has been regularly recognised by the business and cycling communities as an outstanding company, picking up multiple awards over the last 18 years.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Bringing together Cycle Confident and BikeRight! has provided a huge amount of opportunity within our market.  In order for us to take advantage of all the opportunities I need some help with my administration and planning.

This is a new role in the organisation. Ideally the successful candidate will have had experience working with a fast growing organisation with a busy and passionate CEO and be able to help develop the role to ensure it maximises its benefit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main role and objectives:

As EA you will give part admin support to the Group CEO, liaising with all relevant stakeholders including clients, suppliers, team members. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Maintain diary and arrange meetings for the CEO
  • Manage all communications as required: Email/telephone/written.
  • Create agendas, write up minutes of meetings, compile and distribute as required. Follow up on action points to ensure all have been completed
  • Prepare written communications and distribute internally and externally as required
  • Book and plan travel activities and communicate clearly.
  • Assist with regional projects as required

  • Previous administration experience would be preferred
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations
  • A positive and energetic person who is passionate about exceeding expectations
  • Someone who enjoys a fast paced working environment
