Job Title

Engineering Team Manager

As Engineering Team Manager, you will provide a comprehensive engineering support service to meet the business & regulatory needs of the department, with responsibility for all engineering activities associated with the production process.

In this role you will…

  • Manage and supervise the Steriles Business Unit (SBU) Engineering team and contractors.
  • Engineering customer for SBU small-scale project activities.
  • Management of SBU maintenance budget,
  • Plan and implement the EHS and Quality policies, maintenance strategy and improvement activities.
  • Deliver continuous improvements to drive increased performance in line with objectives and KPI’s.
  • Preparation and review Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and associated reports via MERPS.
  • Provision of information WRT customer service, maintenance and shutdown requirements to the business schedule planning forum.

Our Pharmaceutical Supply Chain (PSC) business is responsible for making and supplying our pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products around the globe. The PSC organisation is involved with every production stage from the infrastructure of the manufacturing sites, supply forecasting, regulatory inspections, and the product’s quality.

  • Previous management experience
  • Engineering problem solving experience
  • Pharma or Medical/Healthcare industry experience
