Dynamic financial services company based in Bristol are looking for a well rounded Marketing Executive to join their business.

The Business Development & Marketing team is at the centre of a client-focused marketing strategy that is raising their profile as a Top 30 Accountancy, Audit and Advisory business. Their team have a strong focus on sector and regional marketing and have an excellent track record of above average tender win ratios.

In this diverse and busy role, you will work closely with the other Business Development & Marketing Executives to achieve business goals and play an integral role in pro-actively driving the delivery of sector, service-line and regional activity. You will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing strategy plans to drive new added-value opportunities, supported by the Business Development & Marketing Co-ordinators. You will also work with colleagues on marketing campaigns, as well as internal projects to enhance our clients' experience.

To be successful within the role, you'll need to take responsibility and ownership of tasks, adopt a strong commercial mindset and the ability to work on multiple tasks within a fast-paced client focused working environment. The role is an integral part of the Business Development & Marketing team and is essential for the integrity of the firm's corporate identity and the delivery of key strategic business goals.


The Business Development and Marketing Executive will need to have:

A relevant Business / Marketing degree, CIM Diploma or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in sector/service marketing and Client Relationship Management/Development would be advantageous.
Ability to interact and build effective relationships with colleagues across all levels and disciplines.
Previous experience within a similar role within an accountancy, law or professional services environment would be advantageous.
Strong project management, co-ordination and prioritisation skills.
Commercially aware and takes pride in the quality and standard of their work.
A well organised approach to work with the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, prioritise, and hit tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent team working skills, the ability to take direction and the willingness to learn and grow.
Competency with Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign), and CRM systems would be advantageous.
