A more than ??200 million turnover privately owned SME in Wetherby are looking for an Accounts assistant to join their team.

This role would suit someone who has experience in purchase ledger and is looking to broaden their experience to a varied accounts role.

Main duties include:

  • Invoice processing
  • Processing expense requests
  • Credit control
  • Cash book maintenance
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Banks reconciliation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Basic administration
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

This role could either be a 3, 4 or 5 day a week vacancy which is fully office based, dependant on the candidates needs and wants and it will also offer study support for AAT and possibly further studies.

Woking hours will be 8:30am -5:30pm however some flexibility could be given on this for the right candidate.

Salary: ??20,000 - ??25,000
