CRA Consulting are well established legal and financial recruitment business based in offices in S10. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our busy office to support on a range of finance matters and assist with some administrative duties as well.
* Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally
* Managing enquiries to our website and ensure all documentation is uploaded to our systems correctly,
* Sending our letters and information via e mail
* Managing supplier contracts
* Monitoring and ordering of office stationery
* Input purchase invoices
* Raise sales invoices
* Weekly payment runs
* Process expense claims
* Debtor chasing
* Weekly and monthly revenue reporting
* Quarterly VAT returns
* Bank reconciliations
A proven track record of working in a similar role within an SME environment would be ideal as well as a good knowledge of Sage line 50. The role is considered full time but applications would be considered for part time as well . Free car parking and lovely working environment.
