Senior Project Officer (Education and Youth) x2, Open to flexible working

We are looking for 2 X Senior Project Officers to join our busy education and youth team.

Working as a Senior Project Officer you will manage and oversee the successful delivery of the Mayor’s £45m Young Londoner’s Fund and other initiatives in the Education and Youth Team. Your primary role will be the programme management of the Young Londoner’s Fund to ensure it achieves its outputs and outcomes within the allocated budget and timeframes. This will include developing and managing: project and programme documentation, systems and processes; governance arrangements and; stakeholder engagement and communications of the programme.  

The ideal candidates will have excellent knowledge and experience of education, children and young people policy and practice and issues affecting young Londoners today. You’ll need to have strong programme management skills and experience of managing a large high-profile programme working with a wide range of partners.  Enthusiasm to work for the benefit of all young Londoners, particularly the most disadvantaged, is a must.
