About the role 

The Media & PR Manager (UK News) is responsible for developing and delivering media and PR strategies for Amnesty’s work on human rights in the UK. 

The day to day of this role involves putting together the daily news list, writing quotes and press releases. 

This role also monitors and responds quickly to breaking human rights news stories from the UK and Asia. 

The role may be for you if: 

  • You’re skilled in communications skills and project management. 
  • You are a brilliant strategic thinker and have a superb news sense. 
  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture. 
  • You also have a good knowledge of human rights issues in the UK and Asia
