About the role

You’ll be taking on a senior management or senior advisor position within Financial Stability Strategy & Risk (FSSR), which is responsible for assessing risks to financial stability from across the financial systems, and defining our strategy for responding to them.

There are opportunities available in a number of key areas, including our Stress Testing Strategy and Macro-financial Risk divisions, as well as the FSSR project pool. We also expect to have opportunities in our Capital Markets division in the near future.

About you

As well as having specialist knowledge and expertise in your chosen field, you will need a track record of building diverse and inclusive teams and of delivering through others, whether as a team manager or a project manager. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, as is the ability to shape the direction of your team through careful analysis and sound judgement. Above all, you must be someone with lots enthusiasm and drive, and a real passion for contributing to financial stability in the UK.
