The role

The role partners with senior HR stake holders across multiple markets and geographies, alongside partnering closely with leaders from marketing, CR and supply chain, in defining our current and future strategy and progressive plans to deliver our I&D ambitions.  It is critical that the incumbent can navigate the matrix organisation, can build strong relationships and influence within all levels of the business.

This role reports into the Global Inclusion & Diversity Director and by a key member of the global I&D working group, representing our Spirit of Progress I&D ambitions. 

The role holder is expected to play an active role in the engagement and communications of our I&D progress and plans across the business, including bringing leadership and strategic guidance to our ERGs worldwide, and providing counsel and partnership to our market HRDs.

About you

  • The I&D Senior Manager role requires experience in leading and engaging on global programmes and can influence and align across the business; work across cultures; build strong relationships and influence within the business and with external stakeholders that influence culture, diversity and practice change.
  • Consistent record in shaping global strategies; delivering cultural and systemic interventions to transform culture, talent and organisations. driving culture change and leading inclusion and diversity within teams/organisations.
  • You will have the ability to drive culture change and builds diverse and inclusive strategies – with over 8 years’ experience working in change, communication and talent roles.
  • You'll also have the ability to lead from strategic thinking through to execution, making bold choices that champion change, alongside ability to drive execution through others
