About the role
The core deliverable of the Early Careers Programme Manager is to implement a transformative Early Career Programme that is structured and robust enabling Diageo to build the critical skills for the future, through accelerated development of diverse talent whilst crafting fulfilling employee experiences.
You will partner closely with key partners in each market being accountable for strategy and execution of the early careers programme, ensuring consistency of onboarding, Learning & Development, mentorship programmes, rotational planning and assessment of graduate talent.
During Early Careers recruitment cycle you will support with delivering an effective assessment strategy for Europe through execution of assessment centres to drive successful diverse hiring, including candidate selection.
Success in the role will be measured by graduates receiving an extraordinary development programme which sees them evolving as future leaders with an accelerated development path.
The Early Careers Programme Manager will have a passion for early careers and have experience in executing a structured talent development programme in close collaboration with multiple partners across complex regions and functions.
You will bring thought leadership to how we can build an outstanding Early Career Programme and use external insights to build a culture of outstanding capability.
