Partnership with our communities is central to the way we work, so that everyone can access opportunities, and nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all. We have an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Sheltered Housing Service.
Working in a team of sheltered housing managers to deliver first-class customer service and comprehensive support and enhanced housing management services to tenants. You will take frontline and personal responsibility to enable tenants to continue to live independently in their own homes, resolving high-level escalations and complaints whilst liaising with other services and agencies.

Alongside this, you will act as a premises manager and carry out health and safety checks to maintain the integrity of the building and safety of people within the blocks. You will work closely with the estate management team to provide an enhanced housing management service to sheltered housing tenants.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable older people in a service environment, being familiar with designing tenants profile and support plans, as well as delivering outcomes on relevant housing-related support solutions.
