We are delighted to be working with an award winning creative PR agency with an impressive portfolio of well known clients across a variety of sectors. They are now looking to bring an HR Manager into their creative team. This is a newly created role that will play an integral part of their continued growth and to lead, strategise and organise them so that they're future fit.

Previous experience in a creative PR agency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and managing the HR function including talent recruitment and retention
  • Advising on contracts, policies and benefits
  • Advising on best use of the CRM system
  • Ensuring new joiners/inductions process is on point
  • Maintaining and negotiating best value relationships with recruiters
  • Being able to manage and motivate self to power through actions, and be proactive in suggesting ways to continually improve ways of working

Skills & experience

  • At least three to five years of managing an HR function
  • Organised, self-motivated and driven
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills at every level, and a high regard for confidentiality when needed
  • Agency environments can occasionally be stressful, so the ability to work well under pressure is essential

Flexibility: 2 days per week with a minimum of 1 days in the office
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 FTE
