Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for a part time Finance and Administration Assistant to work 15 hours per week over five days. Initially you will be based in the office but once up to speed you will be able to work remotely.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting the business manager with day to day finance and administrative tasks
Purchase ledger - data entry, reconciliation and weekly reporting
Sales ledger- Raising and issuing invoices, chasing and matching payments and weekly reporting
Document formatting using word, Excel and Adobe PDF
General office management and administrative supportEssential skills and requirements:

Good knowledge of Quick-books accounting software or similar
Able to listen carefully and follow direction
Excellent time management skills
Strong Communication skills
High attention to detail
