At Quest Recruitment we are looking to expand our Team! We are looking for an Accounts assistant on a part time basis to work Monday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 16:00 (half hour unpaid lunch), that will be offered stability, within a friendly and supportive environment, based in our Linford Wood office,
Main duties for Accounts Assistant:
* Calculating weekly Payroll
* Calulating and collating timesheets from temporary staff.
* Calculating holiday entitlement
* Sales ledger
* Purchase ledger
* Credit Control
* Bank reconciliations
* Preparing and analysing weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports.
* Preparing VAT returns
* Make changes to the database as and when required
* Resolving queries
The successful Accounts Assistant will:
* Have previous experience within a finance department
* Well organised
* A strong team player
* High attention to detail
* Confident with Excel
* Customer focused
* Must have previous experience using Xero.
* Brightpay is desirable, but not essential
Hours of work will be Monday to Wednesday 8.00 - 16.00 with 1/2 hour Lunch
