Part Time Office Administrator (20-25 hours)
We are a successful international manufacturing and distribution company seeking a Part time Office Administrator to join our existing team supporting the MD with a range of administrative tasks due to the continued growth of the business. The working hours can be 20 to 25 per week either split over 5 days or 3 full days as we can offer flexibility for the right candidate. We also offer an annual bonus on top of salary plus free parking and 23 days holiday pro rata.
The role would suit candidates with proven administration experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing, engineering or similar environment. You should be PC literate in Word and Excel and be happy working in a busy role covering a range of tasks.
The main duties are below:-
Producing and Inputting Sales Quotes
Sales Order Processing through to invoicing
Obtaining quotes from vendors
Checking and replying to emails
Assisting with any queries either over the telephone or email
Purchase order processing
Administration duties including application form completion and credit card payment processing.
General office admin support to the MD and team.
To be considered for the Part time Office Administration role you will have worked within a similar Administration or Sales Order Processing role, be keen to learn and be used to working within a fast paced working environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner liaising with both your team members as well as the clients directly, be PC literate across the Microsoft suite and be highly numerate & literate
In return we can offer an hourly rate between ??12.00-??13.00 per hour, 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) pro rata, bonus scheme and contributory pension. There is free parking and a staff discount scheme also.
