Roke Manor Research have an opening for a Business Administrator to join the Central Management Administration function in an exciting and busy role.
Applicants may have already completed a NVQ level III in Business Administration, if not then Roke will provide you with the training and qualification which will involve on the job learning and attending day release at College.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director's EA providing support to the Leadership Team and Administration Function. This challenging development role combines practical on job training with study. The apprentice will work alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills in business administration.
Roke is curious, unashamedly technical and has worked at the leading edge of innovation for over 60 years. Roke Engineers work on a variety of exciting fields from Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning to Sensors and Comms, and everything thing in between.
Roke is responsible for a plethora of fascinating technologies such as Hawk-Eye, Startle, RENS and even developed technology for the Mars Beagle Lander currently 200 million miles away. Our motto is "business unusual" and we strive to live by it!

Applicants should demonstrate
NVQ Business Admin Level III Or willing to study for this qualification
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and tools
SAP and PFS knowledge desirable but training will be given
Worked in a similar professional environment

Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
