So what is the purpose of the role?

Our client invests over ??20million a year, building new homes, improving their existing properties and ensuring all their houses are safe. This is delivered by a small team of surveyors and project managers who work across the city to deliver a range of contracts.

This role will be to support this team to deliver the required investment by coordinating day-to-day activities, processing invoices, hosting contract meetings and maintaining critical databases on the condition of our stock. The role also provides a first point of contact for enquiries and will involve liaising directly with all internal and external customers to solve operational problems in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
