Pertemps Recruitment are currently supporting our client in their search for adding 3x Administrators to their Fleet Support division in Galashiels on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the largest food wholesalers operating in the UK with over 1000 vehicles on the force.
You will be working as part of our clients "Fleet Support Centre" which looks after all of the commercial vehicles, company cars and mechanical handling equipment across the UK.
Working as part of the FSC operation you will be tasked with overseeing and planning the fleet of vehicles as well as any other administration duties such as database usage, collation & compilation and information and data as well as liaising with both internal and external customers.
Pay rate: ??11.29 per hours = ??22,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hrs - Monday to Friday (flexible start & finish times as long as they are completed in core office hours)
*This role gives you the opportunity to work within the hybrid model of work where a split between home and office working is offered*
Strong admin and IT skills are essential as well as customer service as our client will conduct training with you on other aspects of the role. You will need to have the ability to work under pressure as you will often need to apply changes pragmatically on short notice.
