Reporting into the area HR Manager, the HR Advisor role will provide comprehensive Generalist HR Support to the Scotland area. This will involve providing first level advice and guidance to managers on ER issues, leading on recruitment and maintaining and updating the HRIS. Preparing monthly payroll data to agreed timescales. As well as undertake HR Project work and support organisational HR initiatives, including reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

This role will suit someone who has higher altruism and wants to work in an organisation with a long-term social purpose. It is a gritty business environment with lots of potential to get involved in numerous projects!
