Talent Acquisition Specialist

Staffordshire/Hybrid/Remote

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy, sourcing, screening and offer negotiation for vacancies across the organisation, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Full lifecycle recruitment process across multiple vacancies
Proactively partner and lead relationships with hiring managers
Management of the full candidate journey
Positively reinforce our employer brand
Directly source candidates using a range of resources
Recruitment database management and compliance
Partner with Operations team to ensure efficient onboardingSkills & qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role (minimum 2yrs)
Familiarity with social media, CV databases, professional networks, and ATS/CRM system
Experience with full cycle recruiting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisation and process management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Tact and discretion, when dealing with confidential information
