Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: ??19,650 - ??22,129 FTE
Hours: Part time- 15h pw
Working hours for this role is 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday, 8am-4pm.
Contract type: Temporary- Fixed Term Maternity cover

Interaction recruitment are seeking an experienced Office administrator to join one of our trusted clients in Northampton. This role is based in an education setting.
?? Working closely with the Admin Assistant and Senior Administrators to ensure a professional and timely customer and Administration service.
?? Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications via telephone and email.
?? Compiling Data.
?? Creating and maintaining databases and other computerised systems.
?? Day to day admin including Admissions, Attendance and Pupil records.
?? Ensure all Health & Safety and safeguarding policies are procedures and fully adhered to.
?? Excellent telephone manner.
?? Be able to maintain calm under pressure.
?? Have relevant admin or customer service experience
?? Be flexible and adaptable
?? Be able to build strong relationship with Stakeholders
?? Have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own
