Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Part-time Office Manager based in Leeds, due to rapid growth. The role includes day to day office management and it's suitable to someone who takes pride in what they do, who is tidy and well organized. The successful candidate will be working Monday & Friday's only!

Client Details

My client are an award-winning Interior Design firm based in the hearts of Leeds that are looking to appoint a Part-time Office Manager. My client vibrant practice with a heritage and a reputation for delivering value, quality, sustainable and award-winning designs across all building sectors. Immediate start working Monday 8:45 to 17:30 and Friday 8:45 to 17:00 with possibility of flexible working hours by agreement and an hour lunch break.


The duties of the Part-time Office Manager will include:

Responsible for full project employee life-cycle (Induction / Administration / Monthly Employee Reporting / Termination of Employment)
Handle HR related documentation and records
Handle Health and Safety related documentation and records
Making sure the office complies with the Health and Safety regulations
Arrange CPD seminars
Assist with architectural bids and frameworks
Management of external suppliers such as cleaners, building maintenance and travel partners
Management of travel and accommodation arrangements for Directors and Architects
Maintaining the office: monitoring and ordering supplies such as stationery and office equipment Profile

The successful Part-time Office Manager will have/ be:

Ability to manage and organize the office administration workload
Good communication skills both written and verbally
Approachable and problem-solving attitude
Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
Good ability to think on your feet
Knowledge of Microsoft including Outlook, Word and ExcelJob Offer

22k (Pro-rata) + Full training providing + Part-time hours + Free onsite parking
