We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor for our Banbury based client.

The successful candidate will ensure customer orders are accurately recorded and processed.
You will ensure all customer enquires are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsibilities -

Order processing including inputting and liaison with the Despatch team
Dealing with telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Email enquiries
Processing customer payments accurately
General office administration

Keys skills needed -

Candidates applying will need excellent customer service skills and a working knowledge of Excel
You will have a 'can do' attitude and be self-motivated with a positive attitude

This role could be Part Time or Full Time. Flexible hours offered Monday to Friday..
The salary for this role is 20 - 23k DOE
