Senior Lawyer, Trade Team, Investment Bank London, Hybrid working

The Trade team within the Global Finance Department is dedicated primarily to the activities of the Bank’s Global Trade business line and covers the EMEA zone.  The Trade team’s Lawyers advise the business lines in charge of Global Trade activities, mainly based in Europe. They interact with account managers, syndication, the agent division, middle office/back office teams, special affairs, other lawyers and other departments of the bank (compliance, risk, tax…).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Working practice of drafting, reviewing and setting up credits and securities in the context of international financing within an international law firm (and/or a legal department of an international investment bank after experience in a law firm)
• Excellent technical skills, rigor, very good analytical and synthesis skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Experience in financing required, including in English law
• Experience in commodity finance or export credit preferred
